Technical Support Engineer
Provide phone and email technical support to contractors and dealers troubleshooting Borvex tooling in the field.
Responsibilities
- Respond to inbound technical support calls and tickets
- Diagnose tool issues remotely and recommend parts or service steps
- Document recurring issues for product engineering
- Support the warranty claims review process
Qualifications
- Mechanical or pneumatic equipment troubleshooting experience
- Strong phone-based communication skills
- HDD or trenchless industry experience a plus
